Please look over the email confirmation to make sure all the information is correct. If it is not, please contact us immediately. It is imperative that any building or house numbers, apartment numbers, and the like be included in order to ensure accurate and timely delivery. Once your order has shipped, another email will be sent to you with tracking information. At MHGS we strive to ensure your package will be delivered to you on time. We process and ship your order as soon as possible. The costs of packaging and shipping an order are determined by the size, weight and destination of your specific order and are done so in connection with current USPS rates. The products should arrive in two to six days depending on which shipping method and shipping rate you choose. At this time, our shopping cart does not accept international orders.
Return & Exchange Policy
We stand behind our products. If you are not completely satisfied you can return your order for a full refund or an exchange, whichever you prefer. No questions asked! This is how confident we are that you will love our spices. Simply ship the unused portion of your product in its original container back to us at PO Box 11504, Norfolk, VA 23517. Items returned for a replacement or exchange will be shipped out to you as soon as we receive the original item back. There are no restocking fees associated with returns.
